Sirisha S
Sirisha is a Talent Advisor for Talentum.
Sirisha is from Andhra Pradesh, India.
She holds an MBA from MVGR College and is pursuing a SAP HCM certification. She has over 6 years of experience in private sectors, Sirisha has experience in personnel management, business development, strategic implementation and talent acquisition.
Prior to joining Talentum, she had worked on various client-facing roles. She has passion for music loves spending time with her family.
Samriddhi Singh
Samriddhi is a Talent Advisor for Talentum.
Samriddhi is from Madhya Pradesh, India. She has completed her MBA in Human Resources from APS University located in Rewa (India) .
Prior to joining Talentum, she worked at Digiana Project Private limited for 2 years.
Samriddhi is passionate about helping NGO organizations and loves dancing, traveling and spending time with her family.
Aurelija Bolsakova
Aurlija is a Talent Advisor for Talentum.
Aurelija joined Talentum in 2017. She strives to engage and bring in exceptional talent to IT companies matching candidate interests as well as potential and the companies’ current needs.
Aurelija is originally from Lithuania. She has an MBA from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
Prior to joining Talentum, Aurelija was an Executive Assistant and later a Sales Manager in a Swedbank. She speaks three languages: English, Lithuanian and Russian.
Aurelija is an avid hiker. Her favorite achievement is three times completing the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim hike in one day and also summiting Mt. Whitney. She is passionate about travel, and loves dancing and reading books. She cares about cultural heritage and for the last 10 years has been a teacher of Lithuanian language at a Lithuanian Saturday school in the Bay Area. Aurelija is passionate about helping people in need.
She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.
Ravi Pindiproli
Ravi is the founder and CEO of Talentum.
Ravi founded Talentum in 2014 specifically to help bring talent to start ups.
Prior to founding Talentum, Ravi was Head of Talent at Lightspeed Venture Partners. He joined Lightspeed from Nutanix where he was the 10th employee and also served as Head of Talent. Ravi built Nutanix from ground up and got a taste for building startups and understands what it takes to hire at startups.
Ravi has also worked as a Talent Consultant at companies such as Google, Twitter, VMWare, Microsoft and Cisco. He has an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He lives in Saratoga with his wife and two children. Ravi loves to golf, is an avid karaoke singer, a cricket buff and fitness fanatic.
Pallabi Bhattacharjee
Pallabi is a Talent Advisor for Talentum.
She started her work in the Education sector as an English Language Educator and Educational Counselor. She has around a decade of experience in Education. She has now pivoted to build a career in Talent.
She is looking forward to exploring and learning along the way. Pallabi hails from Kolkatta, the City of Joy in India.
